400 S. Colorado Blvd.
Participants will be provided a yoga mat, 2 blocks, a strap, and a blanket for use during the sessions while supplies last. (NOTE: Yoga sessions are basic beginning poses and are intended to get you into your body - they are not a "workout").
If in person is not possible due to weather, it will be held on Zoom.
